Treadmill or Total Fitness Gym (Chuck Norris-type) – which is best?
Hi, hoping you all can help me. I can only afford one workout machine. My main thing is that I want to lose weight and inches. We have a basic resistance training machine with a pulley and weights in the back but since I started using it 6 months ago, I have really *added* some inches, and gained 7 pounds! I don't know this and it's freaking me out. We eat healthy and watch our daily stout grams, have done that for years and continued to when we started using this. But, I have been slowly gaining since I started using it… so I have stopped. I am 37 and a mom.
My husband and I are considering getting something that would be more geared toward helping burn stout, and are trying to choose between a excellent treadmill or a generic total fitness gym. I have read that people have lost weight and burned stout with the tfg, but I also know a treadmill would do well too.
Which do you reckon would be best? Does anyone have weight loss experience with either one?
