LifeCore Fitness R100 Rowing Machine help?
I have a LifeCore Fitness R100 Rowing Machine. Something seems a small off, though, because whenever I pull actual tests on them, the splits are remarkably higher than they are on the concept2 erg I use at school. It might have to do with resistance, but I don't really know. Does anyone know how to fix this problem or what is causing it?
I have went through the different magnetic settings (1-16), and none of them really change anything.
